Hygiene covers made of polyurethane fabric
For hospital and institutional use, we manufacture custom-sized, SL1 fire-rated, liquid-resistant mattress and pillow covers made of polyurethane-coated polyester. The design can feature a zipper closure or a hooded style, and the edges can be finished with or without a drip edge, etc.
We supply hygiene mattresses or just the covers—whatever the customer prefers.
You choose what you need, and we’ll deliver the products accordingly. Our customers include hospital districts, hospitals, nursing homes, care service providers, and others. We strive to accommodate all kinds of specific requests.
Colors and finishes
There are several color options available: for example, light or dark blue, light green, beige, yellow, or according to the customer’s own color code. There is also a selection of special finishes available, such as the Bio-Pruf antibacterial finish, a wipeable surface, permanently fire-resistant material, and material that is elastic in both directions.

You can choose where you want the zipper to be placed, whether you want a ruffled edge or not, and whether you want a stamped corner on the pillowcases, etc. We use wide fabrics, which allows us to offer very competitive prices.
Bibs for adults
We manufacture liquid-resistant bibs in sizes for adults (and children as well). The material is designed for industrial laundering, and the product is well-suited for nursing homes, hospitals, and other similar facilities.
No Problem Abso bed pads
These bed pads are designed for heavy-duty use in hospitals, care facilities, nursing homes, and home care settings. The special material is made up of several layers, making it highly absorbent, capable of locking in liquids, and quick-drying on the surface. Our pads can absorb up to 2.5 L/m² and withstand over 200 washes. The product is available with or without wings. Small quantities are also available directly from our warehouse.
Colors: Available in shades ranging from white to green and light blue; for large orders, colors and stitching patterns can be customized.

Sample Product Specifications: No Problem Abso consists of four functional layers laminated together. The first layer is made of highly technical fibers that quickly channel moisture and liquids to the lower layers, where it dries in just a few minutes, so the customer doesn’t notice they’re lying on a wet mattress. Liquids are trapped between the subsequent layers, preventing the mattress from getting wet. Abso can be washed numerous times (up to 150) at temperatures as high as 90 degrees and can be tumble-dried. Abso has an absorption capacity of up to 2.2 liters. Mattress and pillow protectors are unnoticeable when in use, but the savings they generate are significant! Pillow protectors are completely unnoticeable to the sleeper. The material is completely liquid- and stain-resistant, yet breathable.
