Fire-safe luxus beds and mattresses

The highly regarded beds in the No Problem Hotel and Hotel Luxus collections are our extremely popular, high-quality bed sets designed for professional use. They are manufactured according to the customer’s specifications in all sizes and with the desired materials: fire-safe or with standard fabrics and padding.

No Problem hotel beds and mattresses are in use in thousands of hotel rooms across every hotel category: from ship cabins to hostels and luxury hotels.

In collaboration with the Lapland Hotels chain, we have developed a top-of-the-line American-style bed, for which the chain consistently receives rave reviews from its guests.

Our selection for marine use includes IMO MED-certified spring mattresses under the Ruori brand. Hygienic fabric upholstery is also available upon request.

These luxurious beds can be ordered for lodging use—whether individually or for an entire hotel at once. Our models always feature high-quality spring systems with customizable firmness levels; the bed slats are slotted into the frame (so they won’t come loose), and the edges are padded with foam to provide support and ensure that the springs are neither visible nor felt through the edge fabric. Our hotel beds are built to withstand heavy use!

Frame beds are made to order with Bonnell, double Bonnell, pocket, pocket-Bonnell, double pocket, or multi-pocket Bonnell spring systems. For particularly heavy use, we can also supply mattresses with a honeycomb spring system (330 springs/m²).

Our highly popular American-style beds are also available with all spring system and firmness options.
We also supply loose-top mattresses, either with the spring systems of your choice or made from top-of-the-line foam. There is a wide variety of upholstery options available from our extensive fabric selections.

Mattress toppers can be custom-made in any size and to your specifications; our most popular material is profiled HR35 foam.

Foam mattresses

We supply foam mattresses in all sizes and grades, including E, ER, HR, HS, and memory foam.

We manufacture mattresses in smooth or contoured designs, with fabric upholstery or hygienic fabric, fire-retardant or standard…

Our mattresses have been used in maternity care packages, on ships, at camp centers, in institutions, in dormitories, and more.

For marine use, our selection includes IMO MED-certified foam or spring mattresses, as well as Ruorimerkki-branded mattress pads.

We can manufacture mattresses with upholstery fabric or fully protective hygienic fabric.

Materials

Foam materials range from 20 kg/m² up to over 90 kg/m² for viscoelastic foam. We always select the best quality material to meet each customer’s specific needs. For professional use, we always recommend fire-resistant materials.

There are several fabric options available: for example, standard cotton-polyester, fire-retardant cotton-polyester, fire-retardant polyester, or liquid-resistant, wipeable fire-retardant polyurethane, etc.

Fire safety

Some of our materials are fire-resistant, while others are of standard quality: all are manufactured according to your preferences and regulatory requirements.

Mattress toppers

The mattress toppers in the No Problem Hotel and Hotel Luxus series are made of high-quality foam, available in either fire-resistant or standard grades. You can choose a mattress topper as a smooth sheet with batting padding on both sides, or as contoured foam, for example 6.5 cm thick, or the top-of-the-line No Problem Luxus mattress topper, which features 8.5 cm thick HR35 foam that is also contoured.

If you prefer, we also supply memory foam mattress toppers.

For the fabric, we use durable, fire-retardant or standard upholstery fabric, cotton-polyester blend, or SL1 stretch fabric.

If you need a thin, quilted model, we can produce these in all sizes with either batting or HR35 foam filling.
